Ann Winder-Boyle - One Winters Day

About the Artist

Ann Winder-Boyle is a mixed media collage artist who explores the themes of childhood, time and space. Her images evoke memories and emotions that draw the viewer into a strangely familiar place that can engender either a feeling of deep comfort or an inexplicable sense of unease.

Using nostalgia as the emotive key, Ann combines a variety of processes with a diverse range of materials, including old books, beeswax, bindings and wood.

Ann has a first-class BA (Hons) degree and exhibited in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition for five consecutive years.
